Citrix Online-Plugin Lockdown Error

Error: Citrix online plug-in Configuration Manager: No value could be found for (AllowHotkey) that satisfies all lockdown requiremants. The lockdown requirements in force may be conflicting. Error 2320.

Resolution:

  • Stop Citrix Receiver
  • Fire up regedit and change HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Citrix\ICA Client\Engine\Lockdown Profiles\All Regions\EnableLockdown (dword:00000000)
  • Close registry and restart Citrix Receiver

    I havent tried this solution yet but I just wanted to say,
    So far this is NOT “just another techblog…”
    The issue was easy to find, the resolution is direct and concise and all without having to startup another logon acct for another website.
    Well Done. (there are implied bonus points if the resolution works)
